Processing time varies depending on the item being made, the general rule is 2-4 days. Then shipping will also depend on where you live in Canada, anywhere between 3-10 days. Please keep in mind, once the order is shipped, it is out of my hands how long the shipping provider takes.

If it has been more then 14 days and you have not received your order, please contact us immediately.

Exposure to harmful chemicals, humidity, and extreme environments will compromise the integrity of your jewelry. Avoid chlorinated water, spraying perfumes, and applying creams or essential oils directly on your pieces.Ideally store your items separately so that they don't rub together, scratch, or become tangled.We don't recommend heavy exercise, sleeping, or showering/bathing(earrings excluded) repeatedly with your pieces on.

If any item is broken upon receiving from the shipper we will resend the item ASAP. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving the item of any issues. Refunds unfortunately will not be issued at this time.
